Didn't live up to 4 stars Good points Friendly reception Lovely location. Nice pools. Bad points One the lights in our bedroom wasn't working (bulb had blown). No indication on the phone of how to contact reception. I pressed all the buttons. Had to walk down myself. Light was also not working in the sitting room outside our bedroom. Room 401 was lovely and large, huge bathroom but very little light due to tiny windows. Bed was not comfortable due to cheap mattress where you could feel the springs. No duvet cover on duvet (see photo). In the sitting area a load of stuff on top of an area (see photo). Breakfast basic disgusting coffee from a machine. No fresh squeezed orange juice. Spa, showers not working in pool area or changing rooms. Only one sauna working.

The service was excellent. The amenities were very good and very clean. The only drawback is that one of the jacuzzis didn't have hot water, but you could still enjoy it.

What a disgusting way to handle the COVID-19 pandemic! My brother had to cancel his wedding due to the pandemic and asked for a refund. "No way!" said the owner, those people are the worst: 1500€ gone, no wedding. Consider giving your money to hotels that did not try to take advantage from this awful pandemic!

It is nice place to stay, my 3 stars go specially because jacuzzi and indoor pool were way to cold making it really uncomfortable.. Jacuzzi was at 29 to 30 degrees when normal jacuzzi temperature is between 34 to 38.. After asking staff to change it nothing was done.. Iternet signal was ver bad in the rooms that are more distant.. Should defenatly buy an internet signal expander.. And finally, for me, staff should be more attentious and kind.. Some small improvements and the experience could be way better..

One of the worst - if not the worst - hotel experience ever. The hotel personal is unfriendly. If you need help or have some questions, there is nowhere somebody who can help you. The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere and the restaurant of the hotel is sometimes open and sometimes closed. If you want to know where is a good place to eat then you have to google it. Nobody want to help. Please be careful with this place. The money for that is not worth it.
